Stayed here 2 nights, can’t comment on the breakfast because we didn’t stay for breakfast, the room had everything you needed with a good shower cubicle easy to walk into with lots of room. The room was names Whitby at the rear of the house and was nice and quiet.if you ran out of milk, tea, coffee biscuits there was extra at the bottom of the stairsThe town centre was about 8-10 mins walk. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. - Gail P
